The Basic of Healthy Diet

Have you ever had a slim body but you do not feel fresh after a diet program? Or your body became bigger than before? Want to become slim and healthy but you have a problem.

The important thing in dieting is still to consume highly nutritious foods and not severely cut the amount of food into the body. Because it means you will also cut the amount of essential nutrients needed by the body.

Starting a diet program requirements and there are actually rules, too. Well, that diet does not turn into disaster for your body.

Term 1: Do not avoid of certain food groups.

Many people on a ‘fun’ diet avoid some certain food groups that are considered as enemies for the diet. When dieting, our bodies need a balance of nutrients that enter the body, so the nutrients will keep our bodies  healthy. Our bodies need water, vitamins, carbohydrates, less fat, minerals, fiber and oxygen. Enrich your diet with lots of vegetables and fruit, it will help build the body’s immune system.

Term 2: Consider Adequacy of Protein

The body requires 30 grams of protein a day. Meat, milk and dairy products have a very high protein content. Fruits and certain vegetables also contain protein, but in very small amounts. Legumes, grains, and nuts can help you meet the protein requirements needed by your body.

Term 3: Do not remove all fat

Our body requires 50 grams of fat day. Not all fats are bad, so you do not to afraid. Fat will keep the muscles remain smooth and strong. You can choose ‘good’ fats that is obtained from nuts, olive oil or advokad.

Term 4: Eat only when hungry.

We could restrict the food intake into the body. But the body sometimes has difficulty accepting this condition So it is recommended that you eat only when hungry, and then the next few hours you can nibble fruit and vegetables.
