  1. I bought this set thinking that it would be as easy to learn as they advertised, boy was I wrong! After one week of doing this program and hopelessly trying to keep up, I finally gave up and now the DVDs are sitting in a drawer somewhere as an expensive lesson in not believing the hype and lies of the producers of this DVD set. I am all for a sweat inducing, heart pumping, fat burning workout out, but if your instructor is going too fast for a beginner to learn and does not take into consideration that you are not in the best shape, then what good are they? There is absolutely NO INTERMEDIATE or BEGINNER consideration in any of the DVDs and I ended up standing there half the time trying to keep up with a workout that you obviously have to already be in exceptional shape to keep up with. If you are out of shape and need to lose weight then stay away from these overhyped, rip-off DVDs because unless you are already in awesome shape and need only an ounce of fat to lose, this workout will not be something you can do.

Bought because it looked liked fun. Really it is pure torture in a box. I thought I was in pretty good shape til I tried this.

Now don’t get me wrong. The moves are great hip-hop moves. But from someone who has been working within a Hip Hop culture – I have never heard such bad hip hop/rap in my life!

The moves are sweet – definitely, for those with dance experience. So, take your time learning the moves. I agree with a few others here, there is no basic learning cycle. So, watch, learn and keep up.

It is great fun, if you have the music overwhelm the instructor. :-) Enjoy the workout.

I ordered this for my 17 year old daughter, who is really into exercise. The most appealing thing about the advertising was the dance aspect set to current music. It isn’t. To us, it looks like every other exercise video with music in the background; but I doubt the music is anything you’ve ever heard on the radio, as advertised. And that no getting on the ground, wrong. No crunches, but you are are definitely laying on the ground.

no inches melt away. you would have to do this for a very long time to get good abs. Not very difficult. I’m overweight and out of shape and it is not that difficult for me. Not much of hip hop either. I’m sure there are much better videos that work the body a little harder. Tilt, tuck, tighten is a joke.
