This is a book not an instructional video on a zumba class. It does come with a video but it is mostly music to use to teach a class. But I began having scheduling problems and couldn't always make it to the gym to attend a class. I decided to buy this book along with the lastest ZUMBA DVDs (from their website) and now I can have a ZUMBA party anytime at home. What I love about the book is the background history of the creator, Beto Perez and the history of how ZUMBA got started. It gave me a deeper love for Zumba.
