Anyway, I went out and bought some to try. The first dosage as directed at breakfast, within 15 minutes I had rapid heartbeat, my skin felt itchy and red and I had a terrible headache. I took some benedryl for the itch and redness and tylenol for the headache. I felt bad for 2 days. I do NOT recommend. I experienced some side affects as well, but I figured out that I had a vitamin deficiency. So the effects did not happen to me once I started taking a multivitamin. It gave me a caffeine buzz, but I had no weight loss - in fact I gained a couple pounds. I did exercise & drink tons of water. I don't overeat in calories. And one day I coupled it with a thyroid enhancer that is suppose to be safe with other diet supplements & I should have gone to the emergency room with all the negative symptoms I had.
