These capsules are pretty great when there’s not enough time to make tea. I usually get a nice natural boost of energy after taking them, which is good for an energy drink junkie like me.

This makes it convenient to take the pills when I am traveling. The slim caps curbed my appetite, but did not make me feel jittery or spacey like other diet pills have. I would recommend to those wanting a “light” natural diet pill.
