Easy reading and easy to relate to. I bought this book after I had my surgery, I wish I would have had it before. I'm going to read it a second time, to pick up on things I may have missed the first time. Use a high lighter for easy reference. Do yourself a favor and look into the DS before you make this very important decision to have WLS. THERE ARE OTHER OPTIONS THAN THE RNY WITH IT'S POUCH AND STOMA!!!
