I have been on a healthy eating and excersie plan for all of 2009 and was loosing weight but very slowly. I tried this product in Nov. and lost 8lbs in one month the most I have done all year. It worked for me. However the pills did tast bad if you did not swallow them fast. One thing of advice you still need to keep excerising and eating heathly otherwise it will not work. These pills will help give you and edge and keep you on track.

I’ve done this as it is instructed and not only do I find that it made me sick to even take the pills since they are so huge and smell gross, they also didn’t do anything for me, either. I’m the same weight. . Oh well, that just goes to show you that you need to diet and exercise and not take pills to lose weight.

My bowel movements are so soft now and they smell like cinnamon.
