The original book was very wordy in the attempt to give examples of the sucess habits. The Workbook was a waste of money. 75% of the book was just redundant of the original book and the few worksheets they give you in the back were not very useful. All in all, I wish I had not purchased either one. There are better books out there and as far as worksheets go. . . . . I got some free from the Surgeon's office.
