Spiritual Secrets to Weight Loss has been a blessing in my life. I have read it several times since I purchased it four years ago. I highly recommend this book. It puts you on the road to becoming a whole person in Christ. Before you consider any diet or weight loss program, this is definately a MUST READ!!!

After so many lose weight quick books, finally here is a book that gets to the core of the matter. Dr. Davis brings about a breath of fresh air for those who are ready to finally change their way of life and eating habits.

I found this book to be a colossal waste of my time. It was way too simplistic in it’s writing and presentation. I kept asking myself, “where’s the beef”?
