Three days into it I was telling my co-worker that I thought it was binding me up rather than cleansing. That night I called the company to confirm I was taking it correctly. We spoke about taking it 45 minutes before eating, etc. Two days later I still didn't have a bm so I drank a cup of coffee. Half an hour later, like little blue (expensive) kernels of corn, they blasted through undigested along with everything they had backed up. And, for me, it was a waste of money. I did not notice a difference at all. It did not "cleanse" or "detox" my body. I actually had to take a laxative the day after my week was completed because I think it had the opposite effect! Maybe if you buy the more long term product it would be different? I had none of the "negative effects" and actually found myself eating more. Not to mention each time I got on the scale for 7 days the scale only then went in the wrong direction. I guess I'll have to try my hand at something else and keep jogging daily very sorry I wasted my money on it. Would not recommend.
