		<description>The book is well written, easy to read and the right size to easily fit into your gym bag or backpack (5 1/2 X 8 1/2).  Excellent ideas on setting up your own program.  Relatively inexpensive.

		<description>I&#039;ve had many pedometers,but this is by far my favorite. It&#039;s more accurate and harder to lose then other brand. It&#039;ll keep a 7 day log of your steps and has many other features. You wont have to reset it, at midnight it&#039;ll start a new day. I wear a pedometer constantly and would recommend this one above any other.
