This is definately for someone who doesn't like the weight loss regulations out there, not to mention the expense!! Plus, if you have faith in God, this book brings weight loss on a whole new level that is inspiring and fun! If you are an artsy, crafty type you "might" like some of the projects she has but none of it has anything to do with eating too much and/or weight loss. I have 13 years of Catholic education and am having trouble getting past the feeling that it is sacrilegious. Most of the images look like they are East Indian art and catholic art.
