		<description>I have all three of the Mind Fitness Workouts, Walking, Dance and Fitness.  The workouts are great with the different levels of intensity.  So depending on how I feel, I can pick a workout.  The added feature of the messages in the music while I workout seems to be working.  The instructions say give it 30 days three times a week for the best results.  I haven&#039;t been doing program for 30 days because it&#039;s a new release, but I feel confident the results will continue to be good if I stick with it. 

Would recommend give one or all a try, especially if looking for something different and unique in a fitness DVD.

		<description>First of all, I&#039;m not a person who likes to exercise. . . but when I put the first of the three DVDs in my player and began the first 12 minute workout, I knew right then that I was going to enjoy it! I switch from Walking to Fitness to Dance. . . a different program each day.  Mind over matter, baby. . . that&#039;s what it&#039;s all about!

		<description>Really liked the workout, however towards the end of the 30 minute workout his counts aren&#039;t consistent and he begins to lose time with the music.   Making it difficult to switch moves easily.

		<description>I wasn&#039;t aware of Shaun McGeahy until I came across this DVD on Amazon.  I&#039;m always looking for a new walking workout, so I got it.  I don&#039;t know how well the subliminal suggestions will work, but the workout itself is great.  It&#039;s the right amount of time (30 min, but also broken down into 12 min segments) and I worked at a good intensity the whole time.  I sometimes got off-step because of his cueing, but that&#039;s no big deal to me.  The 30 min is broken down into three 10 min routines.  He goes thru the steps, adds on and then we do the whole routine a few times.  I usually hate these &#039;take it from the top&#039; workouts, but this one I really enjoyed, maybe because the moves were simple and just make sense.  This will definately be in my cardio rotation.
