Knock 3 to 4 hours a day off of your eating schedule by not eating 3 to 4 hours before bed,
Don't eat between meals
eliminate junk food and refined sugar products
eat breakfast
Excercise

It doesn't sound revolutionary to me, it sounds like the same advice that doctors have been giving for decades. I can't see spending 15 bucks for a book to tell why that's a good idea. I could just sign on to the American Heart Association's website and get the same info.

If you are a medical doctor with a need to know this would be a good book. Way too technical for me.

If you follow the suggestions in this book you will probably lose weight because the suggestions are totally obvious. Nothing new here except a lot of science to explain what we all know: eat less and be more active and you will lose weight. I wish I had my money back.

The authors are only willing to help the chosen ones. Mother didn't nurse you when you were born? Hopeless. Took some amphedimines in college while studying for final exams? Hopeless. You get the idea. So, if you're one of those perfect people who lived a Susie-Creamcheese life, this is the book for you. But, if you're so perfect, why would you need it? Gave them 2 stars for research alone; wouldn't recommend this book to any of my friends.
