I'm glad I didn't shell out over $70 for the DVD and 'walkblaster' incline, it's not worth it. You just tap your foot on the different colored spots on the incline, or put your foot on it and do squats, all of which can be done with just the DVD and either no incline, or with a simple, cheap step. There's not much to this video, not a very good workout aerobically, maybe I'll use it when I'm getting bored with one of the other 6 Leslie Sansone tapes I own.

Although in some respect I might tend to agree with the only other reviewer of this DVD I DO believe this tape has SOME value. It's just that it's ten minutes shorter (only 32 minutes) compared to the Slim Shape & Sculpt - Sculpt & Burn. Both DVD's in the Slim, Shape and Sculpt series work on the principle that when you combine strength training with aerobics you are getting the best possible workout. The ONLY strength training on this tape appears to be for the lower body "for the thighs and back end" in the form of lunges and squats using the Walkblaster as an exercise aid. This is alternated with what is identified as "brisk" walking but seemed rather slow to me. Unlike SCULPT & BURN no light weights are used to exercise the biceps and deltoids. There IS a lot of "tapping" of the colors as the previous reviewer pointed out. I think I would use this tape on a day when I was feeling a little tired or as a "cap off" to a previous more vigorous workout.
