That's not to say the capsules have failed. Perhaps I need more time plus monitoring my dietary intake more carefully. The literature enclosed recommends only 3 meals a day, whereas, the majority of literature regarding diets and weight loss recommends 6 small meals a day. On the "Fat Resistant Diet" I lost 48 pounds, then the process stopped, and I eventually started to regain weight. This was NOT acceptable so concers and my motivation to try the Lepti-Trim appeared to be a solution to regain control, to jump-start my weight loss again. To date this hasn't happened, but I'm willing to use the capsules until the bottles I ordered are depleted. Who knows?
