Though there aren't a lot of books out there on this subject, this one makes you think maybe you shouldn't be doing this "diet". It just isn't clear enough and seems a bit vague as to how and when you are to administer the HCG. I feel this is in the preliminary phase and have reconsidered trying to follow this diet even though there have been great results by friends and family.
