Another customer said he didn’t feel any effect from taking these pills. Well, I guess it’s hardly individual. I’m sure it did help me to lose some weight. Of course, there is no pills which could help unless you train a lot at the same time (running long distances is the best). Of course, that effect wouldn’t stay if you quit training. But while I was running, I was losing weight faster than if I wouldn’t take these pills.
Also be careful, it my make higher your blood pressure, etc.

I didn’t even feel any effects of this product at all. I didn’t even finish the bottle and just went to something else.
