This could be because I am very regular and have never needed any type laxitive or bowel or colon cleanser. I would reccommend it to anyone who need to detox or colon cleansing. I am not sure I would buy it again since it was to be used in conjunction with the Acai product for weight loss and to boost the immune system. The only thing I experienced was an increase in my energy level. This is not to say you won't experience a different result.
