It’s a bit early to know for sure, but I do thin k this product has helped me maintain my weight while consuming “normal” American foods. I have not lost weight, but then there are no side effects, and I have not gained weight while consuming this product. I suppose if I exercised and ate healthier, the weight will soon come off, but I’m not trying to lose wight- my BMI is 19. 7- I’m only trying to maintain it. Great product!

I have used this product before, and have always had results.
when ever I gain back a few pounds I just use my block and bind
and that them back off. I use block and bind because it has no stimulants
so I never get jittery, or worry about having my coffee or diet coke
and become over stimulated.

I don’t care what reviews say – only what I’ve experienced. I love this supplement. You MUST plan 30 minutes ahead of your meals, but otherwise it works great. Not LONGER than that as it will upset your stomach. Enjoy! This vendor is great; quick and painless; greatly recommended.

This product didn’t work for me. I used another Carb Blocking product that was in form of a tablet and it worked great, but I couldn’t find that product any more so I purchase these and didn’t see any results.

It causes stomach cramps, sometimes even heart palpitation. It increases bowel movement–though not to the extent of diarrhea. BSN Cheaters worked way better for me.
