I have not lost weight, but then there are no side effects, and I have not gained weight while consuming this product. I suppose if I exercised and ate healthier, the weight will soon come off, but I'm not trying to lose wight- my BMI is 19. 7- I'm only trying to maintain it. Great product! I love this supplement. You MUST plan 30 minutes ahead of your meals, but otherwise it works great. Not LONGER than that as it will upset your stomach. Enjoy! After I began taking this supplement, I started eating foods I used to stay clear of because they were either too high in fat grams or high in carbs. This product seems to do for me what it advertises as I have been able to maintain my weight in all these years AND eat rich or starchy foods without much consequence. In the beginning of taking this supplement, there was a minor side affect for me while my digestive system adjusted to passing waste with a different composition. I never had cramps or bloating but I did have a very lose stool for a couple weeks in the beginning. So did my mother when she tried it but she didn't stick with it long enough to have her body adjust, I did, and I couldn't be happier. Thank you NFI Products for making a great supplement so that I could eat a normal meal without putting on the weight. I truly love Block & Bind.
