This was recommended to me by a friend as a energy supplement. It is probably the worst thing I’ve ever taken. I drink over a gallon of water a day & yet I still managed to get severely dehydrated while taking this. I only took it once a day & it did absolutely nothing for me all the way around. I actually think it may have contributed to my massive 8lb gain this month!

This didn’t work as well as I had hoped. I take two in the morning and one with lunch. It seems like it supresses my apitite until dinner and then I feel very hungry.

I don’t have any side effects, doesn’t seem to bother me as far as being jittery or anything like that. I think if you ar on a budget these are worth a try, but if you have a few extra bucks to spend shop around.

THIS ITEM WAS PURCHASED BACK ON OCT EITHER 16OR 18, CANT REMEMBER OFF THE TOP OFF MY HEAD, AND I STILL HAVE NOT SEEN IT. THE LAST TIME I BOUGHT IT I GOT IT IN LESS THAN 5 DAYS ITS NOW ABOUT TO BE 2 WEEKS AND THAT’S RIDICULOUS WHEN I PAID FOR THE STANDARD SHIPPING. NO NOTIFICATION FROM ANYONE SAYING THAT IT WAS THIS FAR BEHIND SCHEDULE. LAST TIME I’LL BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER

my friend told this worked well, so i bought one from walmart like 2 months ago.
so far, i didn’t lose any weight, when i ate a lot, i gained wight as usual.
i didn’t have any side effect which means this product is fairly safe. but not recommended.
